Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 scoops Health Warrior Chocolate Superfood Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop collagen, optional
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except almond butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, and 1 tbsp cacao powder.
  2. Bake donuts at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. For the glaze, combine almond butter, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, and 1 tbsp cacao powder. Pour over cooled donuts. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
