- 1 Health Warrior Blueberry Protein Mug Muffin
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp granola
- Prepare Protein Mug Muffin according to directions. Allow to cool and slice in half.
- Heat up frozen blueberries in a small sauce pan on medium-high heat until blueberries start to break apart, about 3 min.
- Assemble the parfait alternating between layers of coconut yogurt, blueberry mug muffin, blueberry sauce, and granola. Enjoy!
