The Simplest Protein Waffles Recipe Ever

1 waffle per Mug Muffin


  • 1 Health Warrior Protein Mug Muffin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Optional syrup and toppings


  1. Choose your favorite Protein Mug Muffin.
  2. Add a little more than 1/4 cup water and mix well. The consistency should be thick but able to be poured.
  3. Pour onto hot waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Top with your favorite syrup or toppings. We used our Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Bars!
