This summer smoothie recipe is full of tropical vibes and makes the perfect post-workout refuel thanks to it’s protein, healthy fats, and thick consistency. It also makes for an ideal smoothie bowl base.

1 large smoothie bowl


  • 1 scoop Health Warrior Chocolate Superfood Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk


  1. Blend all ingredients for 3-4 minutes, adding more cauliflower if a thicker consistency is desired.
  2. Top with your favorite toppings. We like a Chia Bar, banana, blueberry, and oats. Drizzle with local wildflower honey.
